Hello all,

Welcome to the new NEFAD Website! This blog is for news & announcements for you, John and Jill Q. Public! From time to time, the members of the NEFAD Team will have something to share with you all, and this is the platform in which they will use to do so.

To start us all off, this is the first announcement made by the webmaster, as this site has a new format. Please take the time to familarize yourself with how this site works. Down below are descriptions of each navigation link that is provided on the far left side column of this site. Happy Exploring!

How to use the site:

Notice on the left side column of the front page. That is the navigation column. These are the functions available to you, the viewer.

News Blog: You are looking at it right now. This will be for announcements made by the NEFAD Team. It will be used to inform you what is happening with NEFAD. We plan to post some Video Logs (VLOGS) on this section of the site.

The Team: Pictures and descriptions of duties of the NEFAD team. These people are responsible for making NEFAD a successful organization. Many thanks to these people for providing the Deaf community in the area with entertainment, resources, and information exchange.

About us: This page will state NEFAD’s mission statement, our history, and our philosophy… And simply put, more about what NEFAD represents.

Photo Gallery: This page will have several photo galleries of NEFAD events. If you have attended a NEFAD event, you may find a picture of yourself here! :o)

Links: NEFAD wants to support the Deaf community in any way it can. So, we will provide links that are useful to NEFAD members as well as the local Deaf community at large!

Facebook: NEFAD has a Facebook account! If you have a Facebook account, you are welcome to subscribe to our Facebook page! This is an external link.

Events: This is a blog roll that will state all of our upcoming events. All of our old website material is stored here as well. You are welcome to check out our archives in the archives section in the Events blog section!

Contact us: This is a direct link to Outlook Express for those that has Outlook Express- to e-mail directly to our secretary. Contacting us is just a click away!

Home: This is the button that you may use the most on this site. Whenever you have viewed a page and want to return to the front page so that you can view another page, you use this button. Easy!

There is a sponsor box under the menu. This is for our “Featured Sponsor”.

Lastly, but not the least, you will notice a “Team E-Mail” link way on the bottom left. This is for the NEFAD Team only. This is for them to access their e-mail.
